[Tea and Crumpets]

Brit Pop?

I'm British and grew up during the Brit Pop era. This doesn't sound it. I actually find this offensive.

Cross reference this with Blur, Oasis, Supergrass, Stone Roses, etc.. It just doesn't fit.

This sounds more like Cheesy American Punk to me.

I don't much like the music either. Sorry. However, the beat's not bad and the guitar sound is alright too.

Loving the real instruments. Fucking love the mix of acoustic and digital in music. I agree regarding the repetitiveness. Maybe mixing up the beat a bit here and there, adding a few alternative rhythms or rolls would certainly make my genitals swell. And of course alternating the melody, maybe moving up a key (cheesy route!) or dropping out the guitar and bringing in a bass melody with a darker undertone to the song?
Either way, lovely tune.

I'm going with the museum idea except for me the camera shot is floating around the museum through doorways, around rooms, up and down stairs, loop-the-loop, in and out of pillars.
