Reminds of playing Cosmic Spacehead on the SEGA Master System way back then.
Personally didn't like the strings section at around 1:41 but that's taste and I'm sure others would like it. Overal quite nice. Just rather repetitive sounding even though there are alterations in the melody. Perhaps some alterations in the sounds used for the melody?

To compose a song is one thing. To compose it to represent a chain of imaginary scenes and do it so well is truly awesome. I personally didn't enjoy it the whole way through but I totally understood it. Credit where credit's due.
